PDFusion is a client-side web application that lets you merge photos into a PDF document. All processing happens entirely in your web browser using your device's own resources — no photos or documents are uploaded to our servers.

3. Privacy

Your photos and generated PDFs are processed locally in your browser and are never transmitted to us. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you upload and process. You represent that you have the right to use any photos you merge. Do not process content you do not own or have permission to use.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason.
